Owny supports a 7-day refund window for digital product purchases.
1. Eligibility Window
Buyers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
2. Refund Process
Refund requests can be sent to the creator or to support@owny.store with purchase details. Refunds are processed through Stripe.
3. Access Revocation
Once refunded, access to the refunded product is revoked immediately.
