This Privacy Policy explains how Owny collects, uses, and stores data when you use the service.

1. Data We Collect

We collect creator account information, including TikTok handle and public profile/video data; buyer purchase information, including email and checkout details; and operational events needed to run and improve the service.

2. How We Use Data

We process public creator video transcripts and metadata with AI tools to generate storefront and product content. We also use data for billing, access delivery, support, fraud prevention, and platform analytics.

3. Storage and Processors

Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. Payments are processed by Stripe. Service providers may include OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Moonshot (Kimi), Anthropic (Claude), Stripe, and Resend.

4. Retention

Creator data is retained while accounts remain active. Buyer purchase data is retained as required for legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

5. Your Rights

You can request data export or deletion by contacting legal@owny.store. We will process requests consistent with legal obligations and account security requirements.

6. Cookies

Owny uses essential session cookies to maintain login and purchase access states. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
